God Meets Our Supplies

"Fear not"! (1 Kings 17:13)

These are the words of prophet Elijah to the widow in the village of Zarephath.

What were the fears of the widow?

1. The fear about the severe famine which caught the whole land and how long it will last
2. The fear about her survival during the times of famine
3. The fear about her one and only son's future as she was a widow
4. The fear about the provision in her house as all that was left in her house were a handful of flour and little oil
5. The fear about facing death because of lack of provision

Dear friends we too would have come across such situations of complete dryness in our lives. The life looks like a path of wilderness. Though how much we earn we couldn't enjoy it, nor could save it. Fear of survival, fear to face future, fear to do things in our lives. No increase in our personal lives nor our spiritual or professional too. But today our God is saying just to bring what we have to Him. And He is waiting to take care of all our lives completely. Though the things that we have seems to be very less but still our God is able to bless them. He is able to bless and increase us abundantly.  So fear not, have courage and draw still more closer to Him. He will take care of you and carry you through this path you are going through.

Have a blessed day!
